CES is the only service which provides all evaluations and treatments through licensed professionals. Founded in 1995 by Robert F. Reynolds, Ph.D., CES maintains the highest level of professional training and supervision across all areas of assessment and therapy.
CES provides a full range of educational assistance including diagnosis and treatment for students experiencing school-related academic or behavioral difficulties, with specific expertise in:

CES is dedicated to working in a cooperative partnership with each family, their school and teachers. Whenever possible, the Psychologists at CES will arrange to meet with school officials to provide information from the diagnostic assessment and to assist in the planning of your child's educational program. The role of Connecticut Educational Services is always to supplement and integrate our work with the school's educational program.
