The Mission of Connecticut Educational Services Our mission is to apply the latest technological innovations in psychology and educational research to the diagnosis and treatment of conditions such as Attention Deficit Disorder, Hyperactivity, Learning Disorders, as well as educational and behavioral disorders. At CES, a complete and integrated program of therapy and learning will be developed for you and your child. Beginning with a full assessment, a program is specifically designed to address your child's needs. This may include everything from traditional therapy, to the latest and most advanced technologies such as Neurofeedback Therapy, and Quantitative EEG brain mapping. Beginning with a diagnostic and treatment center in Middletown, CES is now developing additional centers in order to serve all the children and families of Connecticut. In addition to providing free educational seminars for the public, CES also consults with schools and school districts, offering an array of workshops and educational programs to address school violence, classroom behavior management, and other issues. We also provide equipment and training utilizing recent advances in computerized and personal devices to improve attention management in the classroom.
