Psychoeducational Assessment - Step 4: Report It is through this report that we try to present a truly unique and comprehensive picture of each individual's functioning. The report includes, rather than avoids, specific diagnoses, and a large section of recommendations to help the individual and others in his or her life continue the process of help and remediation. After a final interview with the client to discuss the report, it is distributed (with permission) to all people who would benefit from the information, including therapists, physicians, and school personnel.
